Subject: New shed- Which posts

Debating which type of post to use for a new pole shed were building. Building is 50' wide with 16' sidewall. Options seem to be laminated 3 ply treated 2x6, in either spliced or unspliced , solid 6x6 or go with the permacolumn which would keep the wood out of the ground. What seems the best way to go?
