My chisel plow has a heavy harrow on the back of it.
So I would think, that if I had that set quite aggressively, I would be able to have a rather smooth surface when done.
I could put a rolling basket on the back of it, but then I'd probably be better to trade it off.
As far as efficiency in the spring, I think I would be alright.
