| As a kid in grade school back in western Kansas in the 1950's, we ate Hominy almost every day in the school lunch program, the school got it free from the US ag. program. Talk about boiled starch, most went right from the kids plates into the garbage cans. Some one should have taken advantage and been feeding some hogs on the garbage from the school lunch program.
