It looks to me like the high end cuts headed north would be from UTM cattle. Most hamburger in grocery stores, fast food, and institutional use would be OTM beef. This is probably the case regardless of the country of origin. Am I correct or am I missing something? I'm just asking, not trying to start a trade war.
