hominy is boil corn. Mexicans eat it like crazy. My Grand parents from Kansas used to eat it regularly. I bought some a month or so ago at a Mexican Market in a can. Wife didn't like myu cousin and I ate it up. Fry it in a pan with butter, good stuff.
