| Hey Rich, have you checked on Freight rates lately???? Just wondering with the high fuel. I wonder what the total $ per mile is gonna be with the fuel surcharges added in. I filled the farm tank, (540 gal) and the truck tank (139 gal to top it off) yesterday afternoon, and it was $2249 ;0( Right now we're at $3.40 a mile on short hauls, 70-100 miles, and that might not be enough if tires and everything else keeps going up. | |
