| In the latest hoards dairyman the "round table discussion" was on feed costs. A couple of the producers were using hominy in there rations to cut costs. What is the stuff? From a quick google I concluded it is a corn by product. High in energy and fiber, similar to ear corn.
I find it odd I'm from Iowa and never heard of the stuff. Maybe I need to get out more often. LOL
Is it something I should look into and see if I can find some?
