I'm right there with ya. It's one of the reason's I've been wanting to do the beef barn. Wish I was a little less uncertain what structure the cattle industry was gonna take. Backgrounding feeders on purchased DDG's and supps looks pretty good for a nutrient balance if you can capture it. Cattle market just scares the heck out of me right now. However, I'm thinking there should be less danger to the feeder cattle side vs the mama cow side. Cow calf might be getting set to take a bath.
