Why are you waiting at 14. Most wheat will store at about 15 or 15.5 with some air, and in Ontario 14.5 is "dry". Here most people now are going almost regardless of moisture. If it will go through they go, 18-20 % or more, wheat is starting to sprout here, so have to harvest.
