First it was a 100 ga plant not 200. 2nd of all, the city wanted the plant in and was trying to negotiate the deal thru. Plant was suppose to go in west of the city limits btw. Landowner back out of the deal - water rights/use was part of the problem i think. Lots of ground down there in those bottoms and i'm pretty sure no farmer went running to the door saying put it on my land as an alternative. The thing has been dead for almost a year. | |
