I am not sure if they want more in the future or if this was just to get going. 

Maybe I will make a follow up call in a month just to "see" how things are going.  I am pretty sure they are concrete dividers.  We are building a new barn for storage of litter and it will have 6 foot concrete walls, 4 foot in the old two have turned out not to be tall enough!
