Well, here on the CDA Indian Reservation I have heard of a few cases where leases were negotiated with the Native American land owners and leases drawn up and signed by all parties and low and behold the land owner "rescinded their signature" do to the wheat price increase........how about that!!
Apparently that's all it took to nullify the lease........go figure.
