Now that I think about it they did lower the speed limit and a few other things like 20+% interest and I guess the grains did stay down pretty much. Till now.
Blow off top.. to know what that actually is there has to be a real event that has that term built into it. So far it is only another overworked (by the bears) buzz phrase. | |
