| Generally speaking in the past when the widly optimistic folks had access to all the capital they wanted, the grain marketing plan was usually widly optimistic too, may work for a while though, has worked pretty well the past two years. If they are sharp enough to get off the bus before it goes over the cliff they have my admiration. Some guys are locking in these rents 3 years out things could look a lot different by then. | |
