I'm pretty sure that if I took it now I could buy all the dap or NH3 I wanted for considerably less then those prices, even after putting a couple years of interest on the inventory. Sheds and tanks are really not all the expensive if you are expecting another move of $300 per ton or more, as your number seem to imply you expect. Fertilizer does not go bad, it keeps.
