East Central Illinois | only one way to be playing that game...lock in cash what they are pretty damn sure they can produce and if the market rallies on thats the way the cookie crumbles
Sure wouldnt be doing that kind of stuff without guaranteed revenue insurance to the max
Not wanting to start any big brawl...but guys $300+ with insurance and cash prices right here will work...just got to have the balls to walk out and do it and not look back..Big Key.....not to be locked into the cash rent other than annual...unless it can be done with an adjustment clause for prices
