Winter wheat up at least 50%
Spring wheat will probably be up 20% but isn't a big crop.
Soybeans will probably be up 30-40% unless the price spread beans vs. corn changes drastically. With a -.80 basis on corn and -1.20 or so on beans, beans look far better. Know a couple of large corn growers here who are planning on going 100% beans except for what's already in wheat. The others are leaning hard towards more beans but waiting.
Added up that probably puts corn down 10-15%. | |
