My area has a whole bunch of different crops. You can find somebody adding certain crops and the next guy cutting those crops. I would say corn acres will be up 10-15% and soybeans could be up 50-60%. Sunflower acres could be down 20%. I don't watch the cereal crops like wheat oats and barley as close. But I would think HRW wheat acres are up quite a bit, and acres of oats and barley will be reduced. I think canola will maintain its higher seeding similar to last year's levels.
(area annual crops include, spring and winter wheat, oats, barley, flax, canola, corn, soybeans, confection and oil sunflowers, potatoes, all types of dry edible beans, and a few other smaller acreage minor crops)
