Center of IL | If its ecoli worries, why not just make sure its cooked ! I butchered a lot of down cows in my day, never had a problem except 1 red cutter. What a waste. People aren't hungry enough in this country or maybe I should say the hungry ones don't have any power. Bet if you drove up to the slums in Chicago, opened the door and left for an hour , they'd be happy to receive it. Probably wouldn't hurt them in the least either. What a waste !
