I worked with engineers for many years and found what you said to be true to a fault. Many just have a problem thinking outside the box. That is not an insult, just a matter of their training and personality. This is why I found it very important to put together a decision making team that represented many diverse points of view and backgrounds. Surprising how we think we are open minded but don't consider many options that are available to us. Diversity and tolerance of others opinions are invaluable. | |
