Wheaties, well said. I was thinking the same things about Swanson as ChuckM25 said,only it was a few years back but the same story he was encouraging sales that later proved to be poor. Had a chance to listen to him this winter one time,,,didn't waste my time. I think that Wells Fargo has some kind of alterior motive contrary to the profit of their farm slaves. They don't want you to get ahead too much as you might not borrow more money with a security (farm land/production) that shores up their balance sheet in face of this sub-prime fiasco. I even have wondered if they systematically push some operations over the edge after giving them a lot of rope, and secretly have some connections on the buying side of the ensuing foreclosure sales. You should look at the language in their security agreements for farmers versus what some of these home mortgages have, its seems almost unreal. N-Row
