I understand what you are saying but I guess I'm surprised the ddg's are only worth .08/lb. if they are 25% protein. Sorry if I'm asking stupid questions but we don't have the ethanol facilities here yet. I know when people buy cattle feed they look strongly at that protein % and I would assume triple protein over corn would fetch somewhere near triple price. It looks like that initial corn bushel still retains all of its feed value which would roughly be 4.5 lbs of protein. Thanks for the info.
