As corn and beans become even more profitable other crops will have less appeal also.
Cotton lost a lot of acres last year. Look for that to happen again and at some point peanuts and rice will move over. Driving around I see a lot of pasture that a shot of roundup and a no-till planter is all that would be required to put in a bean crop.
