| Corn is about 13 ft tall. system was full at the time, 160' spans, it was on uneven terrain so I'm not sure how deep in the corn it was.
Owner was telling me a couple of weeks ago it takes the electricity for a 12hp motor to move the whole system. I think it has 7 towers.
I put up a couple of T-L's last year, first time in irrigation, they are hydraulic driven. I think they could walk over a pickup truck. I hope I never find out. | |
