No it wasn't. But we're at much higher levels now than we were then. The odds of beans going from $6 to $13 seem greater than the odds of beans going from $13 to $20. Could they get there just like wheat, sure. They could also drop quite a bit in a hurry. it is after all a futures market and a lot of people are talking about increased bean acres. A bird in the hand...
