| Thanks Dave, I guess I'm a little Old School and have to remember that the ave worker is more mobile these days and changes jobs more often or is transferred. I started borrowing over 30 years ago when I was 14 to buy cattle and always paid the bank. Credit rating that we've built up over the years is very important to us and to think of walking away from an obligation turns my stomach. Then buying property with no or little $$ down doesn't make sense to me either. | |
