The teenagers pay to go to a gym and lift cast iron weights. if you told them someone would pay them to go outside in the sun, and lift tools (weights) all day they wouldn't believe you. As for your posts they are too short and not burried deep enough. End or anchor posts should be 9' or more (I like 10 or 11 if I can get them) I set them with a backhoe, at least 5 feet deep, more if I have post and get the backhoe guy to go deeper. I usually cut notches on opposing sides of the bottom of the post and spike 4x4 type stuff about 3 feet long on each side in the notches and wire each end together. Set this in the hole and place large rocks or concrete pieces on top. Then fill with dirt. Then angle braces down to posts 8-12 feet away and wire back from brace post top to anchor bottom. I have not had any move yet.
