USA | Then farmland in your part of the world and mine is going to blow right past $10,000. With $1650 Gold, $15,000 plus will prolly be a more realistic land price. A doubling of current Chicago corn, bean and wheat prices will probably occur also.
Just as well pencil in $1500 NH3, $1500 DAP, $1100 Potash, and $500 a bag seed corn. Now if you double the machinery price also, those selling too far out could be in a world of hurt. Forgot to throw in how $750 land rent could put a monkey wrench in the equation. Then you will need to pencil in running things on $6 diesel.
