The bigger problem is the exposure of more people to a potential bug when the batch size is increased and one plant services a larger area. I think the issue has been overhyped by claiming that the recall extends to product shipped a long time ago when everyone knows that most of it has been consumed by now. The USDA is just trying to cover its backside. | |
