same things as John SD mentioned for prevention & for treatment. Those tubes he was referring to, called Special Formula & we also give them some Trivetrin (3cc/100lbs)

After a few treatments it's cleared up. Haven't had to do that much, keep my fingers crossed it stays that way.(we use fly tags & have had really good luck) But if one does have an issue with pinkeye every year, I think it may be a good idea to vaccinate for it prior to sending the cattle out to pasture.
