Subject: raising orphaned pigs

Anyone have a fool proof method of raising orphaned baby pigs? The sow died a few hours after farrowing and I started with 7 and am down to 1 survivor after a week. What I've learned so far is that I had to cut the concentration and quantity of milk replacer in half and double the number of feedings. I've also been giving a healthy dose of pepto bismol anytime my lone survivor gets loose. This tough little pig is living in the corner of my kitchen and much to the dismay of my wife it looks like he's going to make it. I offered suckling pig for Easter but wife and daughter declined.
