Nance County, Ne | No we don't run a commercial feedlot. Between my dad and brother we run 275 hd. Brother and I sell our calves at the local salebarn and my dad finishes his out here on the farm. We run angus cows and breed them to the Fleckvieh bulls. During calving I just love seeing those black calves with white heads. They sure do grow well with this cross.
We purchase our bulls from Brink Simmentals ( Jerry Brink) up in North East Iowa. | |
