Are you talking all 100 head confined under the hoop?  Can see some positive aspects for the winter.  What benefits are there for spring through fall?  Would like to see a picture of the hoop when it is loaded with cattle.

Will be buying lightweights in another month to put on pasture.  Only protection will be a few small loafing buildings and trees down by the pond.  By next winter would like to have a shed row east and west about 10' wide and 200' long open to the south for wind and snow protection next to feed area.
