That cow will make exc. hamburger and roast along with sliced brisket in bbq sauce. Steaks are a different matter, you can get tender steaks grass fed but it will have to come off of smaller framed easier to finish yg. cattle. The 1300 to 1400 pound corn fed steers will have alot of overly fat hamburger, however the steaks should be quite tender on of them. Don't think you would need to age her too long 14 should be plenty. I'm told the meat in a store isn't aged very long at all.
