| Von, a pipeline of that size will be put together with joints so you will not have to worry about a "plow". Your fear will be trackhoes and trenchers. Both fail in the topsoil separating department. Make sure they leave some of it uncovered so you can keep an eye on the pipe quality and maybe even the pressure. Hint, hint.
Tim, you lack the "civil engineering" gene. It hasn't even occurred to them that Ks. is in the way yet. That will come up after the bid in a "cost overrun" contract amendment. As in "You bid low and we will spilt the "no bid" overrun money when someone sees Ks. on the map". It will be covered on Page 102, paragraph 6, section 2, subsection 32. Something about "Cost Plus"........
