Why would this be?

The advantage to stip-till banding is that you won't over fertilize

Unless I've missed them, I still haven't seen anyone post the rates they band yet. Seems quite a general statement to say that most that broadcast overfertilize. I'd ask by "whose standards"?

VRT spreading is not uncommon here. Either from soil test results or from yield monitor replacement rates. So-exactly what IS overfertilizing?

Can you define UNDER-fertilizing? How would we recognize it?
