WCOH | Taylor spoke last year about the possibility of a drought in the time frame of the next 3 years. He used tree rings, ice layers and recorded history to get the average of 19 years, but with 800 years of past history. If someone is able to get his presentation from the 2007 Top Producer it would explain further what I have stated. Most of the Midwest's worst droughts have started with the southeast first..... Ask anyone in S. Carolina and Georgia and I believe they will tell you it is there.
