The lunacy is that people don't know what they can afford.
You can't have predatory lending, I'm sorry. The only way that happens is if you drag somebody off the street and say "here, sign this" and hand them the keys to the house they never wanted. Just doesn't happen.
I know in your world there's no personal responsibility for anything, though.
And, BTW, it was the govt's job to educate people so this wouldn't happen. If the govt can't get that little job right, why do we give them any other jobs? | |
