A few years ago, a natural gas pipeline crossed our county and we worked with the county commissioners to hire a drainage supervisor to inspect and approve all tile drainage and road crossings for proper repair. The pipeline paid for his labor and all expenses. Our inspector worked with impacted landowners to resolve conflict and concerns. It worked well and the additional level of local input/control was much appreciated. Just a suggestion as you move forward.
