As stupid as this sounds, and basis at record levels, I'm thinking it still may have to go up yet to rattle the seed loose. As far as protein, if the state mill has to buy kc wheat to mix with hrs,there could be an outside chance. Seems most wheat up here has hung in the 14.5 to 15 range the past few years so they may have a good mix already. Good luck.
