sw ontario | --going to be a big wipeout in livesock sector...........other than a short period in 98 there never was a tie when you could not recover feed costs...many feed acconts now $150,000 and up over due.....these guys are going to be quitting wether they want to or not...ethanol and exports can't replace all of them...cash you checks while we can.....biggest hog debt by family farm closed down that I heard of recently was the bank held $80 + millon in securities,no idea how much they will recover,,,farm does have 5,000 good crop acres | |
