| This report talks mostly about the rising price of ethanol. Wasn't the entire focus of going to ethanol to lower the price at the pump? So as corn goes up, ethanol has to go up, and the entire reason for raising corn for fuel (lower energy price for the common citizen) is abandonded. This sounds like another economic fiasco just waiting to happen.
My farmer side says this is awesome. My logical sides says we cannot burn all of our corn without causing a worldwide food emergency. Who in their right mind is going to raise cattle or hogs in this market? This train is steaming down the tracks right now, but the tracks are out a few miles ahead.
