Only the really new or unknowing ever call on me. I see most of them during a year and they always hand me their card for reference if they are interested in doing business but they don't pester me. I am getting several mailers now with phone numbers to go look at plots or "we will be in touch with you soon."
If they are professional and the ones left here are, it isn't silly at all.
