| In 2005 America used 15% of its corn crop to supplant less than 2% of its gasoline usage. Fence row to fence row corn won't even put a big dent in the usage mandated by 2017. What about the worlds food supplys? Does anyone really think clearing new land for farm production is going to be a good thing for the environment? To me ethanol looks like the new internet, everyone thought it would be good for the economy but hit cut business to the bone. Your thoughts? | |
