Some of the wild cards on the production side are fuel, fertilizer, seed, and rent. I have some buddies of mine that are on a one year deal and the land lord is hesitating to set a rental rate because he doesn't want to be 'too cheap'. The longest some of the contracts are going is two years. I hesitate to price out over 2009. Too many variables out of our control.
