If they were mine, I would put ten pounds of actual on them. Unless you know it will hurt them. With the price you get for those fancy organic's a little ins. wouldn't be a bad idea. Regular beans might not have a payback but organic's are different. Take your hand sprayer out and give them a good hard dose to see what it takes to burn them back. Drop down a few pounds and spray at least one tank. This may happen to you again and you will be ready. Can then pass out info to the rest of us.
I hate to give up trying all sorts of things but now that I am getting older I won't be able to use much of it anyway. Time marches on. At least it did with the wife.
