| Some years ago I had a field of beans next to a neighbor's corn that was sprayed with 2,4-D. The custom applicator just happened to spray the corn on a day where my beans were downwind on a stiff breeze. About 30 acres of my beans looked as you describe. I went to the dealers office and threw a fit. They said let us know at harvest and we will compensate the difference. At harvest there was absolutely no variance in yield of the 2,4-D damaged beans and those that were not affected in the same field. I hope your experience will be the same. | |
