No fertilizer,afraid it will get to big and fall over. Going to direct cut it, will work as long as reel and ground speed are close. Volunteers are easily controlled next year. round-up or 24d will knock it out. We planted about thirty acres. Will see how it goes did it a few years ago and turned out fine.
