Subject: RE: are hydraulic driven grain carts any good?

I have a sunflower 750 bu cart with hyd unload. About half the speed of a pto so I am told. Will keep up with a 9610 and 8 row head in 150 bu corn. That is the limit. Cost to put a pto in our 8770 is around 12M. Pto units for these tractors are hard to come by as the demand is great and not many kits produced so I am told. It would be cheaper to trade it off which is our intention.
