We came down I-39/US-51 from Rockford, IL to Bloomington today.  5 or 6 miles north of Rt 30 on the west side was a soybean field ... I think.  At first I thought it was a Velvetlead seed plot.  It was solid Velvetleaf with just a few beans sticking out along the edges.

If it were RR beans it might have a chance.  Othewise I think I'd just get out the disk.
